Decline Dumbell Close-Grip Bench Press

For building mass in the triceps, you need a compound
exercise like the
decline close-grip bench press. The dumbell version allows you greater
range of motion and freedom of movement as well as a neutral grip,
which I find targets the horseshoe aspect of the triceps much better
than a pronated grip like you have with the barbell version.
