Wide Plate Grip Partial Upright Rows

The name is a mouthful but this exercise is a
safe-on-the-shoulders alternative to the standard Upright Row
exercise. By adjusting how you grip and the range of motion you
use, you can hit the traps and shoulders while not wrecking the
joint.
