Horizontal Path Cable Flyes

The shoulders can be an issue when doing flye
or cross-over movements.
This version of the lying cable flye takes that shoulder stress out by getting
rid of the vertical component of the movement, thereby saving the shoulders
from the torque of the stretch position. Great way to train the inner chest
area, too.
