Subject: New way to build the "horseshoe" of your triceps... (weird, but awesome)...
This is a monster bodyweight exercise for building mass on the triceps, especially targeting the lateral head of the tricep "horseshoe."I was so impressed at how good this one felt on the lateral head of the triceps, I just kept doing more and more sets of it. And now I'm feeling it today...right in the lateral head of the triceps where I thought it was hitting! Check out the full setup and rundown here.
