Subject: New way to build the "horseshoe" of your triceps... (weird, but awesome)...

This is a monster bodyweight exercise for building mass on the triceps, especially targeting the lateral head of the tricep "horseshoe."

I was so impressed at how good this one felt on the lateral head of the triceps, I just kept doing more and more sets of it.

And now I'm feeling it today...right in the lateral head of the triceps where I thought it was hitting!
