Subject: New version of the killer deep core exercise I posted a few days ago...

Because the fun never stops...

I just can't stop myself from testing and improving these things so I decided to see how that exercise worked with a band instead of a high pulley and a kettlebell instead of a dumbbell.

It acutally works GREAT.

I wasn't sure if using a band would ease up on the resistance too much at the top, but it actually does keep a good contraction from top to bottom and back up.

The dumbbell and kettlebell are pretty interchangeable, though, depending on what you have available.

If you didn't try the original because setting up the high pulley wasn't a good option, definitely give THIS version a try. All you need is a weight, a band and something high up to hitch it onto.

I like this one a lot. Really targets an area that's extremely hard to get at with other exercises.
