Subject: NASTY core exercise...(and legs, too)

This one is actually going to challenge pretty much EVERYTHING in your body, especially the core.

I call it Crook and Hammer Split Squats - you can see it in action here.

With this one, you're holding two dumbbells up near your chest while doing a split squat...one in a "crook" position and the other in the top of a hammer curl position, with your other hand on top of the handle as well, to help support.

It's awesome...and brutally hard, especially with heavier loads.
