Subject: My "secret weapon" method for decompressing the spine after heavy training...

This is a great one...I've been using it for more than 20 years but just realized that I don't think I've ever actually posted about it!

I use it after almost every single heavy training session that I do, especially the lockout partials, holds and heavy carries...the stuff that really compresses the spine.

It's SUPER simple and requires only very basic equipment that 99% of gyms will have.

It creates circulation through the entire spinal area, especially the lower back. It works like magic for me.

It doesn't require you to dead hang from a chin-up bar (which can be tough on the shoulders and be limited by grip strength) and doesn't require hanging upside down.
