Subject: My new favorite single leg squat exercise for building the glutes...

I was really impressed with how strongly this one worked the gluteus medius and minimus muscles.

It puts a strong stretch on the gluteus medius and minimus muscles at the bottom of the movement.

And, being an exercise you can use good resistance on, it's fantastic for building the butt (both in size and strength).

(honestly, the stretch at the bottom is kind of addictive...feels really good on the hips... I did a lot of sets of it and was pretty sore the next few days... which is why I know EXACTLY which muscles this one works... :)
