This is a great combination exercise that will hit every major muscle group (and most of the minor ones) in your entire lower body.I call this one Bench Step-Ups to Reverse Lunges, and it's one of the exercises in my book "The Best Fat Loss Exercises You've Never Heard Of"... For this one, you'll need a bench (or a Step platform) and some form of resistance...I'm using a pair of dumbbells. First you're going to do a step up onto the bench (you can use your back leg to help as needed) then when you step back down, you'll immediately step back into a reverse lunge. It's a simple concept and VERY effective. You don't need heavy weights for it and it works pretty much all the muscle mass in your entire lower body.
