First off, here's the unvarnished TRUTH about
women and weight training...


Muscle doesn't know whether it's male or female...all it knows
is FUNCTION.

And if you've been reading my newsletters for any length of
time, I have a feeling you know that as a woman, you don't
have to worry about getting big and bulky from weight training...
you just don't have the hormonal machinery to do it.


Here's the thing though...


You CAN develop muscle...

...but if you use the wrong exercises, it's possible you can
   develop muscle in the WRONG places...

...places that DON'T enhance your natural curves.


After all, as a woman, I have feeling you're not looking for
a thick midsection, a barrel chest, and giant legs.

more for men

Now don't get me wrong...I'm not saying women CAN'T do

There are exercises that are just plain BETTER for women to
do than the old standards.
