I put this program together last fall because I wanted to get back to basics. I had a lot going on and I wanted something simple that didn't require much "mental energy", so to speak.

I wanted something I could just DO and know I would get results.

That's how this program came about.

It's four training days per week, with each session taking about an hour to get through. The structure is very simple and easy to understand.

The first two days uses my Time-Volume Training method that builds muscle mass via high volume and relatively low-to-moderate intensity. This builds muscle via progessive increases in workload over time.

The second two days are are a very simple strength protocol...heavy weights, plenty of rest...and constant increases in top-end weights over weeks and months.

It's a like a pyramid...first you build the base, then you build the peak...then you repeat. You're increasing both the overall size and the height of the pyramid, meaning you get BIGGER and STRONGER, literally like clockwork.

In it, you'll get the program "how to" information, workout layout and training schedule. That's it. No pictures, no videos, no pages upon pages to read through.

This is a PROVEN program that your body WILL respond to. It's not fancy...but sometimes that's the BEST way to train.

For me, the simple progressive resistance approach was awesome. I got fantastic results and I really enjoyed the training and always knowing exactly what I was going to be doing in my next workouts.
