Subject: My ONE big message for YOU for the New Year...
You don't have to put a thousand pounds on your back to push your limits...I just want you to promise me that you won't settle for being "normal."
Promise me that you'll PUSH yourself to improve...even just a little, whenever you can...it's that striving to improve that lets us know we're alive and keeps the passion for training alive.
Do something a little different in the gym...add a little more weight to the bar. Do a program that scares you (I've got a few ;).
Make 2016 the year that you do something that you've never done before...the year that you pushed yourself to a level that you never thought you could achieve.
And believe me, I've got some really cool stuff coming down the pipeline that can help you with that...
