So after getting some great feedback about the video Flavia did showing some of the unique exercises and training she's got in her new program, I figured I'd dig through my archives and pick out what I think are some of my best "mad scientist" exercises that are especially good for the goals women have...fat loss, more curves, tighter waist, etc. (you won't catch me using the word "toning," though!)

Don't get me wrong, these exercises are great for EVERYBODY...they're not "ladies exercises" per se. They're just better suited for the goals women have then something like a lockout partial squat with a 1000 lbs on the bar... :)
