Subject: My #1 exercise for building massive biceps...
And it's NOT a barbell curl.
I actually call it a Nilsson Curl (yeah, I named one exercise after myself, so sue me ;).
It's a bodyweight exercise that LOOKS almost exactly like a chin-up. However, there is one small tweak that makes a MASSIVE difference in how the exercise works.
This tweak forces the primary mover in the chin-up from being the lats to being the biceps.
And I want you to think about this for a second...
Can you imagine how much bicep growth you'll get if you used almost your ENTIRE bodyweight on a bicep exercise?
That's what this exercise does for you.
Everybody who I've had try this one has seen their biceps BLOW UP on the very first set. The pump is addictive.
