Subject: [Muscle Explosion] A couple of small updates...

First off, I want to thank you again for picking
up a copy of my Muscle Explosion program!

I just want you to know that my support definitely does NOT end

1. The Online Exercise Video Library

First off, don't let yourself get overwhelmed by it!

I know there is a TON of info in there and a LOT of videos to watch....
just know that you don't need to go through everything all at once.

My best advice is to review the videos for the coming week (or t
he next few days) closer to your training. That'll keep the
techniques and info fresher in your mind.

And I also want to get YOUR feedback on the videos.

If I'm missing any exercises or training demos that you think
should be included, let me know. I do take requests :) ... my job
is to support you and make sure you SUCCEED with this program.

One quick thing here, too...

if you didn't purchase access to the video library when you first
picked up the program, you can absolutely still do that. I don't
believe in the whole "this offer will disappear forever" thing.

2. Correction in the Supplement Section

On page 95 of the PDF version of the program (in the Supplement
section), I mistakenly included a line that said to start using
creatine from the first week of the program.

You actually should NOT use creatine in the first week of the
program...at all.

You want to save it for the massive reload in the SECOND week
of the program. The influx of water from the creatine loading is an
extremely powerful component of that week of training.

The creatine brand I've been using these days is from Blue Star
