I saw some huge gains with the first round of the program! On week 2, I did
chest (days 2 and 3 were HARD as hell by the way, and by day 4 my chest
was used to it a little more).

I gained 30 lbs on my bench, 40 lb on my deadlift and 30 lbs on my squat
when I maxed out a week and a half ago. The results were crazy and I had
no idea what I was in for when I started the program but I LOVED it.

Now I do also have to apologize about being late getting this
to you...I've been running just out of my mind busy the past
few days.

If you've ever wondered if hyperplasia (muscle fiber splitting)

at this report. I actually ran it by Dr. Jose Antonio (the
researcher who did some of the pioneering studies on
hyperplasia in animal models) and he thought it absolutely had
potential.
