Subject: Much better bicep builder than "normal" Incline Curls...(weird but good)
This weird, new curl will LIGHT UP your biceps.
It's a variation of the incline dumbbell curl that adds a whole new element of tension onto the biceps during the movement.
It takes a change in a position on the bench (upper back over the top edge of the bench rather than sitting on the bench) and makes it even MORE effective.
Check it out here...it puts a monster growth-inducing stretch on your biceps.
(Yes, it looks just nuts, but it works - my biceps are still sore from it and my bicep RARELY get sore from anything)
