One Knee Shoulder Press

In addition to hitting the shoulders with a normal pressing movement,
you're going to be hitting the core with diagonal stabilizing cross-tension
due to your leg position. This changes the base of support and really
involves the deep muscle of the core far more effectively than seated or
standing presses. It also allows you to force yourself into proper head
position while completing the press.
