Rack Pulls - aka Lockout Deadlifts

If you like to really overload yourself with heavy weight, this
is a KEY exercise to do it with. You're working just the top few
inchces of the deadlift with heavier weight than you could
normally use for full range. This is great for connective tissue
training and overall strength.
