Using a Decline Bench for Incline Pressing

I've found this to be a MUCH more effective way to do incline presses
than a standard seated bench. It puts your body in a much better and
much safer position to do the incline press, improving upper pec
activation...and it's a lot easier to get heavy dumbells into position when
training by yourself.
