Bottom-Start Barbell Bench Press

Pressing out of the bottom is often the toughest part of the
lift, especially if you rely on elastic tension (rebound) to do
it. With this technique, you'll press off the pins in the power
rack, starting from a dead stop on each rep. Great for building
strength and muscle mass.
