One Dumbell Switch Leg Split Squats

This exercise not only trains the legs from a dead stop out of the
bottom of a split squat (zero elastic tension), it also hits the core
strongly as you're holding a single dumbell while doing it. This
cross-tension puts excellent torque on the deep anti-rotational
muscles of the core.
