Subject: MONSTER deep core exercise (half bodyweight, half free weight)

This is a monster deep core strength exercise that utilizes a simultaneous push-pull in the upper body to send massive torque in through the obliques and transversus muscles.

This is a variation of my Ab Ripper exercise done using inverted rows and dumbbell press.

It's awesome...absolutely worth testing out if you want to develop core strength and power.

Don't start too heavy with it or your core will be so sore, you'll be afraid to sneeze for the next 3 days...
