Subject: Lower Abs giving you problems? Tighten them up FAST with this cool exercise...

This is actually my favorite lower ab-targeting exercise...
it's easy to set up and VERY effective...and it's definitely going to
challenge you!

And yes, while it IS true that you can't totally isolate the lower
abs, in my experience, I find that you CAN put focused tension
on that area with specific body positions and exercises.

This exercise could also help get rid of that "pooch belly" bulge
by tightening up the specific muscle fibers that control that area of
the abs...when these fibers don't have "tone" (in this case lack
of tone means they relax too much, not the other "tone" that just
means training with useless light weights and getting zero results ;)...

...ahem, so as I said when these fibers don't have tone, they just
let the internal organs push outward, causing that bulge, even if
your bodyfat is low. This exercise can help correct that.

One other quick thing about ab training...

Did you know that 99% of "conventional" ab workouts and
exercises target the hip flexors more than the abs? It's true.

"Hip-flexor dominant" exercises and technique is at the heart
of inferior ab development which is why I would like to share
this brand new article from a good friend of mine (and
professional fitness model) sharing his 4 unique ab workouts:

4 Unique Workouts for Chiseled Abs

Not knowing how to de-emphasize your hip flexors will really
stunt your ability to reveal the full shape and separation of your
abdominals -- not to mention the lower back pain and poor
posture that can occur when you have overdeveloped hip flexors.

Enjoy!
