This one will trash your core like NOTHING you've ever tried before.

The first time I did it, my entire core was sore for three days...it will feel like a sasquatch had wrung ne out like a wet towel.

I was literally afraid to sneeze.

But MAN does it build core strength.

I call it the Ab Ripper...it's essentially a simultaneous loaded push with one arm and pull with the other. It's incredible.

(FYI, I'm using a high pulley in the demo, but you can use a band instead and it works just as well).
