Subject: Like Crossfit and Science had a baby... (DB Crawling workout)

Which I realize does sound pretty weird...but I'll tell you why I say that...

Crossfit has it's benefits and it's downsides... one of which, in my opinion, is a lack of stragetic, science-based programming.

However, the concept of hitting multiple muscle groups and energy systems in a circuit is excellent.

The way I approach workouts like this is not to try and crush you.

I make workouts so strategic that they push you NEAR your limit and KEEP you there so that you get BETTER FASTER than "random task" workouts.

Here's a great example...

This workout covers every major muscle group in your body with a special emphasis on the core.

All you're going to need for this workout is a few simple pieces of equipment (like dumbbells, a barbell, and a bench).

It works great for home-gym training and will absolutely CRANK your metabolism

Dumbbell Crawling

This workout is the kind of thing you'll find in my Metabolic Monsters program.

This book is packed with killer circuit workouts, done using simple equipment, that are designed to BUILD strength and muscle mass while getting you shredded for summer.

These workouts look, on the surface, like they could be CrossFit workouts...

The key difference is that I used scientific training principles to strategically design them so that you don't beat yourself into the ground.

They're designed to IMPROVE your athletic and strength performance while burning just INCREDIBLE amounts of calories for fat loss.

You get ripped while keeping your muscle and strength.

They're definitely not for everybody...but if you like the kind of workouts I put out, you're going to LOVE these.
