Subject: Lift heavier by CORRECTLY bracing your core (here's how)...

...also, I've got a KILLER advanced core workout for you to try out, too.

First though, real quick, I had a lot of people asking questions about the 0-6 Pack Abs program I mentioned the other day...such as...

- is it just for beginners?
- how does it apply to advanced trainers?
- do you need any special equipment?

So I thought the best way to answer those questions would be to have Tyler and Dr. Vegher (the creators of the program) give me some sample videos taken directly from the program for you to watch and try out.

You'll learn the "Elevator" exercise, which teaches you the correct way to brace your core...which will IMMEDIATELY help you lift more weight in a much safer manner.

I use this type of bracing technique all the time when deadlifting (500+ lbs) and squatting (400+ lbs) without a belt and it gives me rock-solid support.

Right below that video, you'll find a full workout taken from one of the Advanced levels of the program. I haven't had a chance to try it myself but I've watched the video and it looks like excellent stuff..

So to answer those questions...

1) Nope, not just for beginners.
2) Definitely some great advanced techniques
3) You may need a few pieces of equipment for some of the workouts...nothing too crazy (e.g. Swiss ball and kettlbells or dumbbells)
