Subject: Leg extensions make your knees hurt? Try this simple fix...

It looks weird (surprise!) but I find it really works.

If you get knee pain from Leg Extensions and have given up on the exercise, this is a viable (and weird) way to biomechanically balance the forces in your knees and get the benefits of the exercise for the quads without the pain.

It allowed me to use a much heavier weight on the exercise with zero knee pain. It's very quick and easy to set up, too.
