Subject: Lat-Shredding Pull-Ups...(this one is awesome)
You're truly going to hate me for this one.
I did this two days ago and the entire mass of my lats are KILLING me from top to very bottom.
This is a pull-up variation that will feel like your lats are ripping off the bone while you're doing it...
...in a good way.
(and yes, there is a good way)
If you want to build up your lats or increase your pull-up strength, this is a "must see" exercise.
