Subject: Last chance to get "High-Carb Fat-Loss" book...

Because at midnight tonight, the price is going up by 60%.

You can still grab it now for the low launch price here.

Now, just to give you a quick review on this book and what I think about the concepts, what I most want to let you know is that NO diet program works like magic...

...you will ALWAYS have to watch your caloric intake to make sure you're in a deficit.

This diet works...Keto diets work...Zone diets work...Paleo diets work.

They all have their positives and negatives.

If you truly want to achieve long-term fat-loss success, you simply need to find a dietary method that allows YOU to be consistent in achieving a caloric deficit.

Some people do horribly on keto diets...they feel nauseous and their strength and performance drops like a stone...while some people thrive.

For you, this high-carb, very low-fat approach might be perfect...especially if you're someone who enjoys your carbs (like past, rice, potatoes, etc.).

The key thing to understand is that carbs are not "diet killers"...

...this kind of approach DOES work as long as you're consistent in your caloric deficits.

These are pictures of one of the co-authors of the book...Mark Kislich.

What about testosterone levels?

This is a good question that a number of people had for me about this program...does eating so low in fat reduce the amount of cholesterol available for testosterone (and other hormone) production, resulting in low T levels?

I'm not an expert in hormone metabolism, etc., but what I CAN tell you is that Mark has had his levels checked and has never had any issues. That might be different for you as an individual.

In the "High-Carb Fat Loss" program, Mark does recommend your fat sources to be high quality "good" fats rather than saving your fat grams for bacon or anything like that. This will go a long way towards maintaining good hormone levels.

That being said, MY approach, if I were to do this kind of diet, would likely be a hybrid one...similar to the Anabolic Diet in reverse (where you do low-carb for 5 days, then 2 days of high carb).

I would do 5 days of very low-fat then 2 days of low-carb/high-fat eating to "replenish" (so to speak) the raw materials for hormone production.

The biggest issue you'll run into with a high-carb diet is if you combine it with fat intake. The insulin released along with the carbs will shuttle that fat right into the fat cells. Keeping the two nutrients separate as much as possible is what we're looking for here.

That's why the High-Carb Fat-Loss approach limits fat intake to such a stringent degree.

Bottom Line:

If you're interested in this program, go check it out and grab your copy NOW.

They currently have it on a low "launch price" that's going to expire at midnight tonight.

I've read through the whole thing and it's very good info...well-researched and backed-up.

Is it the perfect diet for YOU? It might be...and it might not be.

But if you've not had the success you want with other approaches, this might be exactly what you need to get lean and maintain it for life.
