Subject: Killer new landmine glute exercise... like a hip thrust/split squat combo

This split squat setup allows you to hit the glutes with an excellent stretch AND a solid contraction at the top, similar to combining a split squat with a hip thrust.

The angled body position also brings in the gluteus medius and minimus.

All you need for this one is a barbell and something to brace it against...you don't even really need a landmine accessory!
