Subject: Killer forearm exercise that is STUPID simple to set up (empty bar)...
I was really impressed with this exercise as a great way to finish off your forearms at the end of a workout.
There's literally no setup time at all as you're just using an empty bar!
I like this one a lot.
This is a very simple way to put massive loading on your wrist extensors (the muscles on the back of your forearms) using just an empty bar and a slightly offset grip.
