Subject: Kettlebell High Pull Swings - better than upright rows
Upright Rows are good for your delts but terrible for your shoulder joints.Some people can do them for years without any apparent problem...I'm not one of those people, so I've had to come up with alternatives. This exercise harnesses the power of the kettlebell swing to perform a very effective variation of the high pull exercise for the shoulders, traps and upper back. This variation works the shoulders similar to an upright row but without the shoulder joint stress. You can see the video of this exercise in action here and get the full rundown on it.
