Subject: KONG vs Kettlebell Gorilla Swings...(killer core and ham work)
This one just TRASHED my core and hamstrings...
You can use it as a warm-up or as a great work exercise on it's own.
It will develop serious anti-rotational power amd strength in through the entire abdominal area while training the hamstrings and glutes to kick in with short bursts of controlled power.
And once you see the video in action, you'll know why I call it a Gorilla Swing...
