Subject: KILLER deep core strength exercise...wish I would've thought of it years ago...

When I tried this one, after the first rep, I knew it was going to be good.

It's a variation of the Curl Squat exercise that you may have seen me post about before (which is an amazing core strength exercise).

With this version, you'll be holding a heavy dumbbell at the top of the curl position, while you come down into a reverse lunge.
