This is a workout taken directly from the 0-6 Pack Abs system put out by Tyler Bramlett and Dr. James Veghar.
In the first video (the "Elevator" exercise), you'll learn the correct way to brace your core...which will IMMEDIATELY help you lift more weight in a much safer manner.
I use this type of bracing technique all the time when deadlifting (500+ lbs) and squatting (400+ lbs) without a belt and it gives me rock-solid support.
The second video has the full instructions for that advanced core workout I mentioned.
This is good stuff...I figured the best way for you to see if it's a program for you would be for you to test out some of the training for yourself.
