Subject: KB Swings with 305 lbs...clearly nuts...
I'm a big fan of pushing the limits...
And yesterday, I decided to do that..."Kettlebell" Swings with 305 lbs... 1.5X my bodyweight.

The reason I'm sending this to you is not to brag but to inspire you to push YOURSELF harder in your own training.
You'll be shocked at what you're able to accomplish when you really dig in and see what you can do without setting arbitrary limits on yourself.
