Shoulder Dumbell Split Squats

This is a unique and challenging way of doing the dumbell split
squat. It takes away grip as an obstacle but throws in a whole
NEW obstacle...your core and shoulders have to support and
stabilize the dumbell as you do the split squat. You'll
definitely get strange looks with this one.
