Feet Suspended Close-Grip Push-Ups

When you suspend your feet in this fashion, you dramatically
increase the tension on the triceps during the close-grip
push-up...much more so even than with your feet simply elevated
on a bench. It's an easy setup and a surprisingly tough exercise
to do!
