This is a killer squat shock workout that is going to hit every muscle fiber you've got in your legs. You'll be increasing weight while decreasing range of motion, with the only rest you get being changing weights. Then you'll decrease weight while increasing range of motion all the way back down. It will build squat strength FAST.
