One Dumbell Partial Shoulder Press Snatch

If you don't have a rack and still want to do partial training,
this is the perfect way to do it for your shoulders. You'll do a
dumbell snatch to get the weight to the overhead position then do
a partial press from there. Great shoulder AND core training.
