Kneeling Deadlift Lockouts

Deadlift lockout training is a great way to improve that top bit
of the lift and load the body with more weight than normal. If
you don't have a rack, you'll be limited to how much you can do,
though. This exercise takes legs out of the equation, having you
do lockouts while kneeling on the floor.
