Face-Away One-End Barbell Shoulder Press

This is a nice version of the barbell end-wedged shoulder press that allows
for a unique backwards arc to the movement, forcing more posterior delt
activation. The neutral grip can also be easier on the shoulder joint as well,
if you have shoulder issues.
