One-Arm Cable Oblique Squats

This is a GREAT exercise for hitting the obliques with an
unbalanced load. And because you're using a cable, you not only
get up and down tension, you get sideways-pulling tension while
performing a very functional movement known as the squat. But
them both together and you've got KILLER ab training.
