Calf Step-Forwards

This exercise basically loads the walking movement (and
exagerrates the contribution of the calves) to provide resistance
on a very functional movement...functional because it IS the
exact movement you do every day! This will give you more forward
acceleration in sports by training the forward-pushing function
of the calves, not just the up and down.
