Barbell Weighted Chin-Ups

If you need a little extra resistance on your
chins, this is a GREAT way to do it.
You'll use a barbell instead of a dumbell or dip belt to add weight. This involves
the
hamstrings and glutes in the movement, increasing the overall demands of the
exercise even beyond just the increase in weight.
