Subject: I've eaten 54,000 of these...how about you?

Yep, it's true...I've eaten more than 54,000 eggs in the 25+ years I've been training (an average of 6 whole eggs a day x 365 days a year x 25 years...give or take, it works out to more than 54k eggs).

So yes, if you're like me and you eat a lot of eggs, you get tired of eating eggs the "normal" way scrambled or fried up in a pan).

If you're in a bit of a rut with your eggs, try this recipe out. It's from my friend, Karine, aka The Lean Kitchen Queen.

This is from her fat-burning cookbook, Metabolic Cooking.

Alaskan Omelette
Makes 1 serving




This delicious meal is straight from Metabolic Cooking, the cookbook system designed for fat loss!

Ingredients

1 egg
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
2 oz cooked, smoked or canned salmon
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon scallion, chopped
Pinch of dried parsley
Pinch of pepper

Directions

1. Beat eggs and pour in skillet.

2. When omelette hardens, place salmon on top.

3. Top with sour cream and sprinkle basil, scallion, parsley and
pepper.

4. Fold in half and cook until ready
