Subject: Is your gym closed? Stores sold out of equipment?...

If so, you'll definitely want to read this.

Because there IS something constructive you can do about it.

And I do mean that literally...

Because what I've got for you today is a book full of plans on how to construct your own training equipment out of simple materials you can buy from the local Home Depot or hardware store.

I'll be honest...I haven't tried to build anything from these yet since I have a full gym in my basement...but in looking at the plans, I think these are absolutely doable, even with just basic tools (no welding required).

You'll get a full list of the materials you need for the project, as well as diagrams of how it all goes together.

You'll be able to build equipment to do...

Bench press, squat (safety bars included in the design), T- bar row, cable rows, standing calf machine lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, standing cable flyes, partial lifts, cable abdominal crunches, cable side laterals, hanging leg raises, chins, cable bicep curls, bent over cable laterals, incline bench press, and more.

Check it out here.
