First of all, yes...your shampoo could very well be contributing to a drop in your Testosterone levels.
Look on your bottle and see if it contains parabens...they're processed in the body like estrogen. Which is REALLY not what we're looking for.
In addition, men lose testosterone as they age...
And ALL men of every age have less testosterone overall then previous generations (sad, but true).
It’s not just because of the normal aging process. It's because in our modern day lives, the deck is stacked again us.
Simple things you use EVERY SINGLE DAY like shampoo (as I mentioned above) and soap could be dropping your T levels. Honestly, even the food you're eating or the water you're drinking can contribute to the problem of low testosterone.
