Subject: Is this the PERFECT single leg squat setup?

Now, just so you know up front, you can absolutely do this one in a regular gym, but it's likely going to be better suited for a home gym.

It mimics the Pendulum squat machine you see at some gyms (which takes a lot of pressure off the knees, even with a deep squat).

This version uses an incline bench and bands to target the same type of movement but with accommodating resistance (more at the top, less at the bottom) to really overload the quads.
